BETH DONLEY is a highly motivated, results-oriented, C-suite executive and patent attorney with 25+ years of experience leading companies.  As former General Counsel and Director of Business Development for the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF), a $3 billion foundation responsible for patenting and licensing technology developed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Beth led the licensing team in licensing $100s of millions of dollars in technology in all industries.  As part of her responsibilities, she conducted several patent enforcement actions including a continency fee litigation resulting in $40+ million in paid up licenses. 

Beth is a serial entrepreneur having founded four life science companies as well as serving on the start-up equity committee during her time at WARF.  Her expertise includes technology evaluation, building market strategy, raising capital, leading execution of complex strategic partnerships and moving scientific innovation from discovery through clinical validation and regulatory approval to the market and successful commercialization.
